Excellence in leadership spans from  financial strength to global greatest good and it produces a robust triple bottom line in terms of people, profits, and the planet. Leading edge leadership goes for the gold and leaves legacies.

Whether you're an executive or a business owner, you can leverage an emerging model of leadership that capitalizes on the fact that we are inter-dependently co-arising - that our health, wealth and security is linked to everyone else's. And we've documented that fact by traveling the world to experience ancient and modern examples - from the jungle to the boardroom, universities to the United Nations, the African bush to the world's most sophisticated cultures.

dr-joni-homepgWe work with an emerging model of leadership but it's actually not so new.

Our ancestors and even early Capitalists knew that winning isn't really winning if you have to break the Golden Rule to do it. (Every civilization in recorded history has some version of the Golden Rule - only recently has it been left out of leadership equations and the results have been devastating.)

I learned important lessons in teambuilding while staying with a tribe of headhunters in the Amazon jungle. Though they had little in terms of material wealth and their soldiers were a force to be reckoned with, they had a powerful ethic that kept everyone fed, everyone honest (there was zero stealing) and, best of all, it kept everyone laughing. As fierce as they were as warriors, they had extraordinarily happy marriages and children and the internal relationships between clans were highly respectful.

Here in Western Civilzation, we have solid data that quantifies what my tribal friends knew: values-driven leadership trumps the old profit-at-any-cost paradigm because we now know that the "new" paradigm of leadership raises share prices, profits, retention, innovation, stakeholder loyalty, organizational vitality and more. And we have well-proven methods for developing values-driven leadership to its highest potential.

Leaderful Edge serves progressive leaders who are creating a new status quo that's never static. Like Olympic athletes use their coaches, our clients like to stay at their "leaderful" edges so that:
  • their visions are grounded
  • their ground fully supports developing, sharing, and realizing vision.

Leadership shows up in people - not the other way around. Sometimes there's more leadership in the way a janitor does his job than in the way some executives and business owners do theirs. We help you optimize your "leaderful" spark to maximize your financial and human resources. Leaderful Edge is a boutique coaching and consulting firm. There are no boiler plate programs in the Leaderful Edge tool kit - we customize all of our work so that we fit your specific needs for executive leadership development and for making your organization the best it can be.

As the owner of Leaderful Edge, I draw from a world of experience - from cutting edge technology and leadership best practices to ancient wisdom gleaned from the remote African bush, Asian and Western monestaries, and from being thought leader in the leadership and organizational development field. I also sub-contract with the best of the best to guarantee the optimum match for your situation.

Like most coaching and consulting firms, Leaderful Edge helps close the gaps between where you are and where you want to be. But studies show that coaching only to problem-solve, or to transition, pays about 150% return on investment (ROI). Just like Olympians don't coach to fix broken ankles, the best ROI, up to 689%, is in working at the leading edge. Our expertise is in solving problems at their core while developing vision and talent so that leaders reach the tops of their games and stay there.
